The Boyertown plant in Pennsylvania has received a number of notable awards such as:
- 2010: TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce Environmental Impact Award
- 2002, 2009, 2016: Pennsylvania Governor’s Award for Safety Excellence
- 2008-2022: “Star” certification in the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) – the highest level of recognition of occupational safety and health management awarded
- 2002: Winner Economic Impact Award, TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce
- 2001: Pennsylvania Governor’s Award for Labor Relations
Japan
The Aizu plant in Japan has received a number of notable awards such as:
- 2017 Safety Encouragement Award
2022 Safety Excellence Award
GAM Japan Aizu plant is awarded by the Fukushima prefectural labor authority for the safety excellence of Aizu plant.
This prize is only given to the top two companies out of hundreds of thousands ones in Fukushima prefecture.
The chief of the labor authority directly gives this certificate to Aizu FGM in front of hundreds of attendees at the prefectural safety ceremony held on 6 October 2022.
